We may, at our discretion, modify, supplement or enhance these terms of use with respect to your future use of our website and/or webshop at any time. Each time you visit our website and/or webshop, the terms of use in effect at that time will govern your use.

Prices

DISCLAIMER:

All prices are communicated for information purposes only and subject to our final approval. Price quotes are only valid for a maximum 7 calendar days and do not automatically apply to future even similar price quotes.  For products which are out of stock, the final price will be calculated on the diamond, gemstone and gold price as applicable on the production day.

Prices communicated to you are in euro and VAT included for Belgium. Other taxes are calculated on the basis of your shipping address.  

All prices stated on our website and/or webshop, social media accounts, communicated via private message or e-mail and/or communicated via other means are provided for information purposes only and might be subject to modification in accordance to the market price of our products (e.g. diamonds, gemstone, gold, …).

Prices as mentioned on our webshop are applicable on jewelry pieces which are in stock and entail the price as calculated on the production day of the specific jewelry piece. For jewelry pieces which are not in stock and therefore being additional handcrafted upon your request, prices are subject to the daily rate of gold, diamonds & gemstones on the production day.

Prices communicated to you will apply for the particular jewelry piece(s) for which you have sent us a price request and will be calculated at that moment of time in accordance to diamonds, gemstone and gold prices. Price quotes will not be applicable for any future even similar jewelry pieces. All price quotes will be valid for a maximum seven (7) days. Obvious mistakes on prices in our communication to you will not result in any of our responsibility.

Price quotes which we have provided to you are always subject to the final approval of our atelier.

Currency fluctuations, increases in the prices of materials and raw materials, increases in prices by our suppliers, government-imposed costs, levies and taxes, transport costs, import and export duties or insurance premiums and other objective causes necessitating a price increase, may give rise to a price increase. 

Orders

All details about your order will be valid after our written confirmation. If within 24 hours we did not receive any comments on the order confirmation we assume your acknowledgement of the particular order confirmation. The order confirmation includes all information & prices in full which applies to your order and on the basis of which we will process your order.  

Once your order is received by us, we will check stock availability. Our products are always subject to availability. Should the product not be in stock and the delivery time of production of the same product would be too long for you, we will refund your payment in full on the bank account provided to us.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure & hardship) we preserve the right to fully cancel your order and refund the full amount on your bank account provided to us.

Payment

See the payment possibility on our webshop (including bank wire). We will have the right to check whether your debit/credit card can execute the payment.

Delivery

In general, all our jewelry pieces are handmade and therefore subject to a delivery time of:

• 3-5 days if in stock
• 4-6 weeks if not in stock and additionally handcrafted upon your request

The delivery time applicable to your specific order will be communicated to you after your order has been placed and after having further discussed the specific details of your order.

We will do all it takes to have your order delivered in time. However, delivery times are communicated to you for information purposes only. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery times which which is due to unforeseen circumstances, delay in the production process or any other delay occurred by third parties on which we depend (e.g. suppliers).

Jewelry pieces are securely shipped within Europe with DHL (or similar agent). The delivery agent will deliver the order to the address as provided by you when placing the order. You acknowledge taking all necessary safeguards to collect the order from the delivery agent. acknowledge to take every risk or loss with regard to the delivery of you order.

No additional delivery cost is required for orders within Belgium.

You also have the possibility to collect your order at our flagship store.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days for non-personalized jewelry if they are unworn. You will have the right to exchange the product or to receive a refund. We will only confirm returns of products if they are in their original conditions and together with their original certificates and packaging where applicable. We will have the responsibility to verify and authenticate all returns from you before proceeding to the return/refund.

Under no circumstances we will accept returns of personalized and/or custom made jewelry pieces, nor for engraved items, bespoken items, designs, … For health & safety reasons, we do not allow the return of earrings.

We will do our best to provide you with the best information possible on how to decide on ring sizes. However, all ring sizes communicated to you are for information purpose only. If you are not sure about your ring size, please inform us thereof and we will provide you with all necessary information on how to measure the right ring size required (e.g. we can send a ring sizer). If not possible, we can always provide you with a standard ring size (e.g. 52). In any case, the first amendment of ring size will be free of charge.

No compensation will be made for jewelry pieces subject to excessive wear, physical damage whether accidental or not. We do not accept jewelry pieces which have been altered or tampered by another jewelry or other third party.

All returns will be subject to a case-by-case examination.  

Do not mention our full name on the return package as it might attract burglary incidences.

You acknowledge full responsibility on the return of the purchased products to our flagship store.

Intellectual property

Our website and/or webshop and all its contents (information, texts, logos, icons, pictures, videos, audio, graphics, computer programs, designs, applications, sheets, models, information, data and any other content available on our website and/or webshop (hereinafter “Contents”) are protected by copyrights which are excursively our property

Copying, disseminating, reproducing, transmitting, downloading, and any other use of these materials is not permitted without our written permission, except and only insofar as otherwise stipulated in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote), unless specific content dictates otherwise.

Risks & liability

We are committed to keeping this website and/or webshop up to date and accurate. All information provided on the website and/or webshop is for information purposes only and will not bind us in any way. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors as provided via the website and/or webshop.

You use our website and/or webshop at your own risk. Our website and/or webshop is provided “as is” and “as available”, and without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable to you or to any other person, for any loss of use, loss of production, loss of income or profits (whether foreseen or not), loss of markets, economic loss, special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage or damages of a punitive nature whatsoever when using the website and/or webshop. We are not liable for direct and/or indirect loss as a result of inaccuracies or incompleteness, nor for loss resulting from problems caused by or inherent to the dissemination of information through the internet, such as disruptions or interruptions.

You agree to use our website and/or webshop in a fully responsible manner in accordance with these terms of use and with your local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time.

Any cancellation or failure on our part to exercise any of the rights provided for herein may under no circumstances be considered a waiver of any of the rights provided for herein.

All issues, questions and disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, application, execution or termination of these terms of use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Any controversy or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or regarding the breach of these provisions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our head office.

The possible nullity of one of the provisions of these terms & conditions or a part of a provision does not affect the applicability of the other provisions and/or the rest of the provision. In the event of nullity of one of the provisions, we will, to the extent possible and according to their loyalty and conviction, negotiate to replace the null and void provision with an equivalent provision that corresponds to the general spirit of these terms and conditions.
